Besides the pictures that it takes, it can take marvelous videos. The only problem is that you need to get a converter program to convert apple quicktime into mpeg2 so you can burn a dvd disc that can play on a a dvd player. The audio will play dual mono a plus. The picture and video quality is below the TZ5 but when I say below it is not that far below so the lens may say "lumix" but the pics and videos say "leica".</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">kelsci</dc:creator><pubDate>Thu, 01 Jan 2009 11:36:49 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
