The Customer Service @ J&R Express is not good, especially whoever answers the phone. I called up today seeking general information about a music title, and the associate on the line was quick to say they probably wouldn't have it before even knowing what I was going to say. He didn't even attempt to look it up... so unhelpful, and this is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this store.

Yes. J&R Express at Macy's Herald Square will be open 10am - 10pm January 1.
Park Row Stores hours will be 10am - 6pm.

The store at Macy's has a much more limited selection. If you are looking for something in particular, the product page on JR.com will list which stores that product is available. Just look under the "Store Stock" tab.
