I’m quite apprehensive about this.
Doesn’t Pilates require proper posture and form? How can a DS properly show
that? Or a Wii for that matter? I agree with the first comment on this one,
people should just buy the DVDs or attend a class with trusted Pilates experts.

I did find the ds one pretty neat for just being able to switch on and learn a new position or review when I was working away and staying in a hotel for a week as didnt have a dvd player

They have a similar game coming to the Wii. I don't really know why people cant buy a DVD on pilates and follow that.
