I am a truckdriver and the last few weeks it has not been operating properly. I really am dependent on this headset to be working properly. The last week or so everyone complains they can not hear me. The volume has driopped way off even if it is turned way up. I can't get enough volume for people to hear me. I can;t be paying $117.69 every 2 months for a new one. I like this product and want to check out what to do for the warrenty to get a new one or fix this one for me. Please contact me as soon as possible as I need something quick. It is vital to my job that I have one fast. If it is only good for 2 months , I have to find a new company to get one. The problem is, it can get loud in the car, and then you sometimes can’t hear what’s going on through your headset over the honking horns and revving engines around you.
