We are a small av company in SFV Ca. We are currently using the MX-300 from Universal remote. Besides the price, how are you better? Is there any training available? Very interested please let me know.

Mario,

The mx-300 is a mighty fine remote. I would not necessarily say that this pronto model is better. They are both good and serve their purpose when applied properly.

J&R; does not give training courses, but we do have educational presentations from vendors called Lunch n' Learn. Philips is not scheduled to do one for the foreseeable future.
