I would not necessarily say that this pronto model is better. They are both good and serve their purpose when applied properly.</p> <p>J&amp;R; does not give training courses, but we do have educational presentations from vendors called Lunch n' Learn. We are currently using the MX-300 from Universal remote. Besides the price, how are you better? Is there any training available?
