&lt;p&gt;The mx-300 is a mighty fine remote. I would not necessarily say that this pronto model is better. They are both good and serve their purpose when applied properly.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;J&amp;amp;R; does not give training courses, but we do have educational presentations from vendors called Lunch n' Learn.
