iPhone is garbage compared to the X1. What no MMS, autofocus, video recording, 3rd party apps? Lower resolution screen, poor build quality, no removable battery, no stylus support, no internet file downloading, etc. etc. etc. Think twice before speaking.

When is soon? I have pre-ordered this on Nov 16th, Sony Style and BestBuy have already shipped out their 1st batch. You guys are lucky they dont ship to Canada or else I would of cancelled my order.

There should be enough to fill pre-orders and more.

You can hit the "Notify Me When Available" link on the phones page and an e-mail will be sent directly to you when they come in.

I called several times to ask if the next shipment will fullfill all the orders including mine, if I place my order now.

My decision is going to be based on the answer as some are saying the shipping date delayed to next Jan. I am not going to wait for that long.

As long as I can get it before mid Dec. that'd be good. Could you confirm this?

I just spoke to our buyer, and the release date for the phone has been pushed back to mid January by Sony. There are production issues with the phone.

If you contact a sony customer service at sony.com and state that you have pre-ordered an xperia and are considering cancelling your order, they will give a discount to retain your current order.

At least that is what they have told me
